Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra’s Home for the Holidays
First United Methodist Church is hosting the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra’s (WFSO) Home for the Holidays Concert, featuring choirs from FUMCWF, on Saturday, December 14 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person through the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra.
Leopard Bag Drive
Each year, FUMC hosts our Leopard Bag Mission Project for the students of our Partner in Education School, Booker T. Washington Elementary. Bags can be picked up on Sunday mornings or in the church office during the week. This year, we’ll fill each bag with four items: a grade-appropriate book (list provided), a $5 gift card, a small toy, and a pair of gloves. Please return filled bags by Sunday, December 8. First Wednesday Dinner: The Holiday Special
Join us for dinner on Wednesday, December 4, at 6:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. The cost of the meal is $5/person or $20 max/family. In December, we’ll feature a special musical performance and the popular Dessert Buffet. Everyone is encouraged to bring small desserts (cookies, brownies, etc.) for the buffet at this First Wednesday!
