Upcoming Events

March Hygiene Drive

Once a month, at Dinner and a Movie, we offer food, entertainment, and hygiene items to those in our community who are low-income or food insecure. Due to the success of this ministry, our supplies are low. Help us restock our Hygiene Store throughout the month of March! The three items we run out of the most are shampoo, deodorant, and liquid body wash, but there is also need for many other items. All donations are appreciated! Donations can be dropped off at the church office or in any of the buckets at our main building entrances. For up-to-date information about what the Hygiene Store needs, please check out our Amazon Wish List.

Ash Wednesday

Mark the beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday, March 5. Join FUMC for a come-and-go ashing service in the Chapel from 12:15-12:45 p.m. or join us for a family-friendly service in the Sanctuary beginning at 6:30 p.m. (following the First Wednesday meal) led by the Children’s Ministry.

School for Little People Dine to Donate

Join School for Little People at Texas Roadhouse on March 18! Texas Roadhouse will donate a percentage of the evening’s proceeds to support School For Little School (remember to mention SLP when ordering)!

Bible, Arts, and Music Camp 2025 Registration

Children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade (complete) are invited to attend Bible, Arts, and Music Camp 2025 Into the Light: Encounters with Jesus this summer (June 16-20). This year, children will learn that Jesus is the Light of the World through Bible stories, music, dance, and art. Advanced registration is required to attend. Registration begins March 23 online.

Joining Sunday

Joining Sunday is an opportunity to learn more about FUMC Wichita Falls and to unite with the church in a relaxed setting. Our next Joining Sunday will be March 30 at 9:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Contact Jessie Smith or the church office for more information.

Park Work Day

Help clean up our church park on Saturday, April 5! School for Little People is hosting a Park Work Day beginning at 9 a.m. Help us prepare the park for upcoming events like the Palm Sunday Egg Hunt and School for Little People’s Anniversary Celebration. For more information, contact the church office.

Maundy Thursday

Join FUMC for an interactive Maundy Thursday service on April 17 at 6:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.

Good Friday

Join us for a special Youth-led worship service on Good Friday, April 18, at 6:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.
