WF District Training Event – January 10, 2010
Being on a committee of a local church can be daunting, whether you’ve done it before or not. The purpose of this training event is to help alleviate some fears and give a sense of direction.

2:30pm – Check-in Time (event will begin at 3:00pm)
The class time is anticipated to last about 1 – 1 1/2 hours.
Classes we will be offering include:
PPR / SPR with Rev. John Rosenburg, Wichita Falls District Superintendent
Trustees with Tom Christian, Associate Director of Administration for Property and Ministry Protection of the NTC of the UMC.
Evangelism with Rev. Chris Yost, Pastor of FUMC Henrietta – We can only share what we have. Each Christian must take stock of what God has given them. From that place we can share Christ in various ways; we can do evangelism.
Finance with Larry Cook, Finance Committee Chair of FUMC Wichita Falls
