The Music Programs for our youth are an excellent way to praise the Lord! Here is the rehearsal schedule for our groups:
Chapel Choir Rehearsal: Sundays at 4:45pm in the Choir Room. This group often helps to lead Sunday morning worship and sometimes sings for special events.

Chapel Ringers Rehearse: Sundays at 5:30pm in the Choir Room. This group helps lead Sunday morning worship from time to time and they also play occasionally for special services or events.

Praise Band Rehearsal: Wednesdays at 5:45pm on the 3rd Floor. This group leads UMYF Worship each Sunday evening, and occasionally they help to lead worship on Sunday Mornings or special services.

You won’t want to miss this special service of lessons and carols with a live nativity brought to you by the Choirs of FUMC.
Also, come early (9:00-10:15am) to share tasty Christmasy breakfast treats at “Cafe Le Paul: Advent Edition” in the Atrium. Bring any breakfast item you like to share!

The sanctuary was packed for this production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat that brought together 48 performers – not to mention directors, stage and tech crew, and others who worked behind the scenes to bring this great event to fruition.
If you missed the performance, you missed a really fun time as the inspirational story of the Joseph was told in song! It was great to see so many people from our community in our church who do not usually attend here. What a great outreach! Special thanks to Judy Braddy for set painting!

This fun musical was originally written by Andrew Lloyd Weber for a friend’s son’s prep school production. It is the Old Testament story of Jacob and his 12 sons (including their wives and children), and, of course, Joseph’s coat . Pharoah and Mr. & Mrs. Potiphar help the plot to thicken!
The Music Ministry of FUMC will present this multi-generational musical with over 45 children, youth, and adults in the cast with many more assisting on costumes, tech crew, etc.
