Our Children’s Sunday School worked together today to sell lemonade after the 10:30am Worship Service to raise money for PowerPaks 4 Kids, a project of the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank, that provides food for disadvantaged children in our community on weekends. It cost about $170 / child per year to provide this service.
By raising $742.48, our children provided this service for a little over 4 children! Way to go!
Music ‘n’ More got off to a great start today with the annual registration event at THE PLEX! See pictures below!
Did your child miss registration at THE PLEX? NO PROBLEM! Just bring your child to the Undercroft (below the Sanctuary) on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 3:45pm!
Would you believe 2008 was the last time we produced a church pictorial directory? It’s time to do it again, and thanks to the large turnout from the first sitting in August, Olan Mills will be back September 26-October 1 2011 – see times below!
Reserve your time slot below
or at church!
As in years past, Olan Mills will do the photography, but they have made some great changes:
You now have choice of background colors – even in the directory!
Branch out and let your personality be highlighted by the background color!

Traditional Blue
You can have casual poses – even in the directory!
Get a $25 credit towards any purchase (purchase is NOT required).
You do NOT have to be a church member to have your picture taken! Feel free to invite friends and extended family to have their picture made, too!
Fill out the form below and click the “Send!” button to reserve a time slot or call the church (940-766-4231)
or drop by the church and sign up on the sheet in the church office!
1064 pounds of our church (that is nine children, one youth and two adults) visited the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank where they delivered aluminum cans, took a tour, and folded plastic bags for the Students Against Hunger Annual Food Drive.
Ten children, one youth, and two adults got to enjoy the cool as well as delivering aluminum cans, taking a tour of the facility, and preparing plastic bags for their annual school year food drive. We spent all afternoon playing together at Jump for Joy.
