There are many aspects to our Children’s Ministries. In all of these, we strive to create a nurturing environment so that all children may come to be more aware of God’s love for them while they also develop their God-given gifts and abilities for service to the church and others!

The dates have been set for this year’s VBS: July 9-13, from 9am-12pm.
Our theme this year is “Operation Overboard—Dare to Go Deep with God!” Our scripture focus is Hebrews 11:1: Faith is the reality of what we hope for, the proof of what we don’t see.
This year’s VBS is both an invitation and a challenge to dive into the waters of God’s Word and discover what it means to have deep faith. As kids journey father down towards the ocean floor, Bible stories introduce people from the Old Testament and New Testament who show deep faith by depending on God, daring to care, claiming Jesus, choosing to follow, and changing the world.
Registration is open to children age four (by September 1) through grade 5 complete. Please register your child by the grade he or she just completed. Each family will receive a CD of the Operation Overboard music while supplies last.

The Renew & Remix Dance Party Extravaganza on Friday, February 10, 2012 was a success on many levels: fun, fellowship, and raising money for Children, Youth, and Adult Missions!
The night began with a re-affirmation of wedding vows led by “Elvis” inserting portions of his song lyrics in the liturgy. After Joe & Norma Adair cut the wedding cake (receiving that honor as they were the longest married couple there – 61 years), “Elvis” sang “Love Me Tender” for the married folk to dance to.
Following that, the evening gained steam as people of all ages hit the dance floor – dancing for about 2 hours!
In all, over $800 was raised – the majority to benefit the 2012 Summer Youth Mission Trips!
January 30 and 31 School for Little People will host one of our favorite events of the year. Father’s Night is a special evening for Daddy’s and their children.
Come spend some time with your child and find out just what it is we do up here all morning.
Father’s Night offers a “bird’s eye” view of your child’s school day!
