Meet on the 3rd Floor
Cost: $3 for pizza
Meet on the 3rd floor of the our Education Building at 11:30am. We will begin with some fun board games, eat pizza, and then head to the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank at 12:45. We will work in Food Recovery where we will sort, sanitize, and re-categorize food.
Rules:
- Wear tennis shoes (no open-toed shoes).
- Wear work clothes that can get a little dirty.
- Bring a good attitude!!

Exodus Class & Children Serve Power Meal: November 18, 2009
Members of the Exodus Class (April Crutcher, Kevin & DeEdra Folmar, Kenneth & Lindsay Greer, & Shari Schultz) as well as three of their children (Preston Crutcher, Maverick Folmar, & Daniel Schultz) prepared, brought, and served a meal of spaghetti & meat balls, salad, breadsticks, cookies, and dessert bread for about 50 less fortunate people for the Power Meal at Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church here in Wichita Falls.
For those of you concerned about the young people of our day and age, take comfort in knowing that not only did Preston, Maverick, and Daniel WANT to be there, they worked extremely hard in setting the table and taking drinks and food to the people we served.
Next month, the Open Door Class will serve the meal on December 9.

Adventures in Mission 3 – August 8, 2008
Twelve 3rd-5th graders, one youth helper, three adults, and one little sister, using Romans 14:19 as inspiration, went to Faith Mission to clean, straighten, and organize their Library. In addition, they got a tour of the facilities to see what all they do there!
After that, they came back to the church for pizza and to watch The Chronicles of Narnia. Good stuff!
