A group of dedicated men meet most Wednesday mornings for fellowship, breakfast, and Bible study. We also sponsor an annual day retreat and periodic evening gatherings. Recent Wednesday morning studies have included:
The Wednesday Morning Men’s Breakfast group began a two-week study of Paul’s letter to Philemon on Wednesday, April 1. No outside study in necessary; just bring yourself and your Bible (recommended)!
Join us, men, on Wednesday mornings (7:00-7:45am) at Pioneer Restaurant on 4545 Maplewood.
For more information, contact Rev. Troy Sims.

Twenty men participated in this retreat that began at Pioneer Restaurant and then progressed to Warren Ayers’ Ranch near Bellevue.
Rev. Mike Wright-Chapman provided the inspiration with the topic, THREE SIMPLE RULES: A WESLEYAN WAY OF LIVING, which was a discussion of John Wesley’s General Rules: 1) Do no harm; 2) Do good; 3) Stay in love with God (attend upon the ordinances of God).

Twenty-two men participated in this fun retreat that began with breakfast at Pioneer Restaurant (4545 Maplewood) and ended up at Adkins Ranch north-east of Wichita Falls. Paul Goodrich led us in “Everything You Wanted to Know About the United Methodist Church but Were Afraid to Ask.” We had sandwiches & fixins for lunch and BBQ ribs, beans, and etc. for supper. In between, we played horseshoes, did some walking, and shot the breeze – despite some rain showers early on. What great fun!
